James Kobzeff is graduate of Cal State Fullerton with over thirty years experience as a real estate professional. He is the developer and owner of ProAPOD® Real Estate Investment Software.
James began his real estate career in Southern California in 1978 and immediately committed to (and soon thereafter became a specialist in) residential income property and commercial real estate.
Over his career James has achieved sales honors from Coldwell Banker and Prudential Real Estate and has served as Vice President of Acquisitions for Coastline Investment Group in Newport Beach, California.
James currently resides in Salem, Oregon and spends most of his time acquainting real estate professionals with the nuances of real estate investing along with handling all the business functions associated with the software program he developed in 2000 called ProAPOD® Real Estate Investment Software.
